The penthouse is a well appointed spacious apartment with great river views of the river Dart over to kingswear, is decorated and furnished to a high standard, and has a tranquil atmosphere. Located in the very heart of the historic fishing port of Dartmouth. The penthouse can accommodate 4, in two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom, one twin. There's an additional shower room with WC. The lounge includes a LCD TV, DVD player, video and mini HiFi (plays ipods, mp3 CDs). The penthouse is WiFi enabled and has a laptop for your use during your stay.Please note no smoking in th penthouse.

Enjoy uninterrupted views of the red arrows and firework displays (regatta week). the accommodation is a two minutes walk from the river, centre of town, resturants and pubs.

The kitchen has a gas hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. A car park ticket is available for the duration of your stay for £34 (£19 for short break) Well behaved.dogs are welcome - we ask for a contribution to the extra cleaning and maintenance costs ( £39 per week).
