The beeches is a well appointed apartment with a lovely homely feel. The beeches is located in the very heart of the historic town of Dartmouth, just a two minutes walk from the river, close to resturants, shops, galleries and pubs, the self catering accommodation is decorated and furnished to a high standard, with many commenting on the warm and calming feel of the home. The beeches has two bedrooms, one double onetwin. The cozy lounge includes a remote controll hole in wallfoire, a large LCD TV with DVD player, and stereo.The beeches is WiFi enabled and has a laptop for your use during your stay. The fitted kitchen with stripped pine floor has a gas hob, fan assisted oven, micro wave, fridge and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and bath. please note no smoking in the beeches.

The beeches walled garden has the benefit of seating beneath a pagoda where one can enjoy al-fresco dining and a barbecue.
There are no hidden costs at the beeches, we do not charge for electricity or bed linen, a charge of £34 £19 for short break) will be charged for a car park pass – if required. Dogs are welcome - we ask for a contribution to the extra cleaning and maintenance costs ( £39 per week).
